The longest six in IPL history was hit by West Indies all-rounder, Chris Gayle, who launched the ball a staggering 119 meters during a match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Pune Warriors in 2013. Gayle's monstrous hit went out of the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore and landed on the nearby roof of a construction site. The left-handed batsman is known for his power hitting and has hit more than 350 sixes in the IPL, the most by any player in the tournament's history.
